"Our hero! Starting off on our 4 week road trip to the Yukon from Vancouver and that blasted “check engine “ comes on. To make a long story short Shane went well above and beyond (including starting work at 6am to do our job) on the Thursday before the May long weekend to diagnose, clearly explain and get us a new transmission installed by 5pm on the Friday! Even hooked us up with a truck rental ( to pull our trailer to the campsite he also looked up and recommended) Extrememly helpful, knowledgeable and obviously well respected by his colleagues and fellow businessmen around him. He saved our @**es and our road trip! Thanks again to Shane!"
